The Starkey Hearing Foundation, founded by William Austin, has been providing hearing care to people in need for over 20 years, donating and fitting more than 100,000 hearing aids annually worldwide . In the past, the Starkey Hearing Foundation has conducted missions in Tanzania, including a 2013 mission where former Duo united states President william (Bill ) Clinton and President George W. Bush joined the effort to provide hearing aids to over 9,400 people in Tanzania and Malawi
